Yelp Allergies

For the millions of Americans suffering from food allergies, eating out can be a rather precarious, anxiety-filled situation. "Does this have nuts?" "Are you sure there isn't gluten in this?" "What oil is this cooked in?"  A wrong answer can be deadly. That's why we created Yelp Allergies, an easy-to-use app extension for searching restaurants safe for you and your friends.

BROWSE THE MENU

Users will have access to the restaurant's menu and be able to see which dishes are safe for their allergies.

QR CODE

Gold window decals will be added to participating restaurants. Every decal includes a QR code, so customers can easily check if the menu fits their dietary needs. 

FOOD TRUCK FESTIVALS

Yelp creates food truck festivals with local allergen-friendly restaurants.
